These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Plonk, including our website, generated itineraries, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Plonk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Plonk creates personalized travel itineraries using artificial intelligence based on the preferences and information you provide.

All itineraries, recommendations, and content produced by Plonk are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for inspiration and general informational purposes only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Plonk makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or availability of any content, including business names, addresses, opening hours, prices, transit options, or event details. AI models can produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.

Plonk is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any hotel, restaurant, venue, attraction, activity provider, airline, rail operator, loyalty program, or booking platform (including OpenTable, Resy, Airbnb, VRBO, and others) that may be named or referenced in generated content.

Any references to third-party businesses, trademarks, or product names are for identification purposes only and do not imply any relationship, endorsement, or partnership. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You are solely responsible for verifying all details before acting on them, including hours, prices, availability, reservation policies, visa and entry requirements, and safety conditions.

You are responsible for your own bookings, transportation, purchases, and travel decisions, and for ensuring that any activity you undertake is appropriate for your health, mobility, and circumstances. Plonk is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking service, and does not arrange, confirm, or fulfill any reservations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plonk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any generated content.

This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from closed venues, incorrect prices or locations, missed reservations, canceled or delayed travel, or any injury, damage, or disruption occurring during any activity described in an itinerary.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Plonk offers one-time purchases (such as unlocking a single itinerary, or a Plonk Pro Lifetime plan) and subscription plans (Plonk Pro, billed weekly or monthly). All purchases are for digital goods delivered electronically.

Because generated itineraries are digital products delivered instantly, completed one-time purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew at their billing cadence — weekly or monthly, depending on the plan you choose — until canceled, and you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current period, except as required by law. A lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants Pro access for the lifetime of the Plonk service. The Founders lifetime offer is limited to the first 100 purchases; if a lifetime purchase is refunded or successfully disputed, its Pro access, Founders badge, and founder slot are revoked.

Prices and plan features may change; changes to pricing will not apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to circumvent access controls, scraping or reselling content at scale, or using generated itineraries for commercial purposes without written permission. You retain rights to use your purchased itineraries for personal travel planning.

The Service may include links to third-party websites and booking platforms (such as maps, restaurant booking, and lodging sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, pricing, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
